Ralph Neubauer, Harry's son-in-law, became President. Kranz later moved its headquarters from 112 Main Street to 1810 Thurston Avenue with the acquisition of the Service Paper Company. To accommodate growth, Kranz-Service Incorporated moved to 1717 Taylor Avenue in 1968. With Ralph's leadership, Kranz broadened its product offering to include janitorial chemicals and supplies, and industrial packaging, supplies, equipment, and service. He expanded the sales territory north to Green Bay, west to Madison, south to the Chicagoland area and east to Gary, Indiana.
